Property Funding Corporation was founded in Houston in 1988 by Jim Lee, who was at the time an active real estate investor and developer. The company was initially directed toward real estate investment and development and in its early history acted only as a principal in transactions. Over the years the company’s scope has widened to include the major aspects of creating value from real estate ownership and the actions that may be taken to maximize profits from that ownership. That is the company’s focus today.

The company’s principal office is in Houston, Texas, and the company’s interests are mainly in Southeast Texas. Home improvement and home remodeling services are provided in the Greater Houston area only, and interior design services are provided in Houston and Austin only.
